Unfortunately, I never got the chance to find out how good or bad Dr.Patrick Hodges services are because the best customer service starts with the face of your business. Donna his office manager is rude and disgusting over the phone. I couldn't even begin to imagine allowing him or trusting him with such an important surgery on my breast if the face of his Dr.office is rude and and unpleasant...

Dr Hodges is wonderful. I had to have bilateral mastectomy and the plastic surgeon that did the reconstruction made a horrible mess of me. Dr Hodges has fixed the horrible mess. Best doctor ever, very understanding and professional.
