My procedure with Dr. Patrick Hsu was in 2019. I have spent the last 6 years regretting my decision to come here. I had several body procedures including a crescent inner thigh lift. The breast work was okay, but certainly didn’t correct the issue I was concerned with. The one star is for the thigh lift and frankly if I could leave 0 stars I would. It was problematic from the beginning. The scar was placed low and I noticed splaying of my labia immediately. I addressed my concerns at my follow up appointment and was immediately gaslight into ‘trusting’ the process and to give it more time. He did not take after photos of my surgery. Over the years it has only gotten worse. Not only it is an aesthetic nightmare but it causes me a great deal of physical discomfort. It has been so damaging to my life. I have seen countless surgeons to have a revision most don’t feel comfortable taking on my surgery. The only qualified and willing surgeon I have found quoted me 80,000 for this revision due to how complicated it would be. If you are considering using this surgeon for your body work I implore to look elsewhere. He destroyed my confidence and my trust in surgeons. There isn’t a day that goes by I don’t regret coming here.

My experience from start to finish with Dr. Hsu was wonderful. From the first consultation he showed how knowledgeable he was concerning the procedures I would need to achieve my body goals. The various staff members were professional, kind, and equally knowledgeable about their jobs. I appreciated that they took care to listen to the look I personally wanted to achieve and shared honest suggestions based on their experience and knowledge. This to me was very important as I would not trust a doctor who would just say yes to every whim or want. First consultation with Nitsa was wonderful. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and provided a calmness that I was grateful for during initial step of deciding if this was right for me. Additional interactions with other staff were also pleasant and what you would want and expect; Hilary during my follow up visits were always reassuring, professional, and relaxed. The overnight care team at Hedwig Suites, Rah and Lashena, were phenomenal especially during such a vulnerable and important time after surgery; Jessica, Trinity, PA Caroline, and others were always professional, kind, engaging and helpful. Most importantly, Dr. Hsu was really amazing. Every meeting he showed he was engaged in the discussion wi the myself and my mom, he was honest about what could be achieved and what was needed, he provided so much information, and answered every question I could throw at him with knowledge and patience. I do believe you can see the passion and interest he has in what he was doing and he did not ever make me feel like I was just one in a long line of patients he was just trying to get through for the day and that was appreciated. You want a doctor that treats you well and shows that they are focused on your individual needs and wants instead of just another patient and Dr. Hsu exhibited those qualities. I would recommend Dr. Hsu and his staff if you live in Houston and the surrounding areas for the location, the experience, professionalism and knowledge. If you are from out of town or out of state I would still suggest Dr. Hsu as a surgeon that you should consider as it would be easy location to visit and surround location offers plenty of areas to explore, shop and stay during your surgery and recovery time. Another great thing to consider is that because everything is done in one location, you are seamless loved over from surgery and recovery to Hedwig Suites where you are provided with overnight care by nurses during your immediate recovery. This is not something that is offered at other plastic surgeon offices and is very beneficial for a safe recovery. Overall experience was beyond and I appreciated being treated like a valued, respected and wanted patient.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr Hsu and his staff! He is an artist when it comes to sculpting your body. I never would have imagined I could look better than I was pre children. I have the body I have always wanted. The thinnest most perfect scar that is already fading and my belly button is absolutely beautiful! I had an extended tummy tuck, lipo 360 and a BBL. Everything looks so natural. The office is beautiful! My surgery was seamless and the surgery center suite was very clean. I stayed one night and they took excellent care of me. If you want the very best Dr and medical facility , this is the place to go!

I always knew Dr. Hsu was going to be my surgeon for my breast augmentation, based on his credentials, reviews, and amazing results shown on his instagram page. I sent in a request for a consultation and was shortly contacted via phone call by his assistant to set up the appointment. The consultation is very thorough. They make sure your vision is met with practicality and perfection! The staff is extremely helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. Surgery was a breeze and the recovery was smooth to say the least. I'm now 3.5 months post-op and am constantly complimented by how natural and perfectly sized the implants are for my body! Can't recommend Dr. Hsu and his work enough, it's the best of the best at Memorial Plastic.

My experience with Dr. HSU was amazing. After consulting with a few plastic surgeons and needing corrections from previous work done by a surgeon in another state, it was immediately clear that Dr. HSU is far superior. He is a true artist. I am only two months out, and my incisions are already negligible and I have not had any pain, which still amazes me. Dr. HSU is also incredibly kind. He spends a lot of time with you throughout the entire process, from the very first consultation through every follow up appointment. He talks with you for a substantial amount of time before surgery to go over every detail, and he comes to see you the very next morning after surgery. You can feel how much he cares about his work and about his patients. From the moment I made my appointment, the staff was pleasant, helpful, and able to answer every question I had. There were always multiple team members copied on each email so someone responded quickly every single time. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and make you feel completely supported. The surgery suite is beautiful and the healing process was unbelievably easy. The hardest part was simply feeling tired for a couple of days from the anesthesia. Truly nothing more. I could not recommend Dr. HSU and his team more.
