I am in complete shock of this. Dr J was my surgeon who performed my breast reconstruction and was well respected and I had complete admiration for his work. I was wondering what happened to his Instagram account as I was following him. Now coming across this and hearing his office is closed is shocking. He was always professional and caring so I’m shaking my head wondering what happened.

Awful experience here. Dr.J is pushy, rude and abusive. I went in for a BBL consultation that I paid over $500 for. Dr.J said he would only do the surgery a certain way, adding fat to my hips and pushing my butt up ( best I can describe) after looking at some photos I told him I didn't want to go that big, I showed him results from his own IG page and said I understand every person's body is different but I want something more along the lines of this BBL you did. He was bothered by this and told me " I know what looks good on women okay". Rude. After that his tone changed he told me (27F,137lb, 5'6) that I NEEDED a tummy tuck . I was flabbergasted. I've never had a child, nor have I ever been over weight or had loose skin. It felt like he was trying to insult me because I had input on the procedure I wanted on MY body. Isn't this what the consultation is all about !? They wouldn't let my husband into the exam room and now I know why. So he could insult me freely. I went to go over numbers with a woman in an office who was equally unpleasant. Don't go here. This guy is weird!

I paid in full for a procedure that was then postponed 2 weeks later by Dr. J due to his own personal reason. A week after it was postponed was the last time I have heard from anyone in his office. I emailed and called multiple times to follow-up on my patient file/required clearances with no response. Over a month later, I emailed requesting a refund with no response. I called other businesses in his building and they said it appeared as if his office was closed. I then sent certified letter requesting refund and it was returned as undeliverable by the post office. Since then, all negative comments were being hidden on his Instagram page and then it was deactivated 2 days ago. I’ve not heard anything from his office since October 27, 2025 and I’m not the only one. It appears as if he’s abandoned his patients with no contact. It’s absolutely terrifying that a prominent surgeon would take tens of thousands of dollars from patients without providing communication or coordination.

I paid a $10,200 deposit to this surgeon/practice for a scheduled procedure. After payment was made, the office became completely unresponsive. Despite repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email, I received no response, no explanation, and no refund. No services were provided and the surgery never took place. The lack of communication has been extremely concerning, and I have been unable to confirm whether the practice is still operating. I am sharing this experience so others are aware before providing any payment.

SIX RESCHEDULES.. I chose this doctor because I genuinely believed in his talent and wanted to see him specifically. Even after six reschedules, I patiently waited and agreed each time because I trusted it would be worth it. When I finally came in, the staff were friendly, and the consultation itself went great — the doctor was very nice, professional, and clearly skilled. However, my experience with the office communication was really disappointing. After my consultation, I received the quote only five days later — and it didn’t include any breakdown of the procedures. It also listed services that I had specifically said during the consultation that I did not want. When I asked for a corrected quote and a full breakdown of what I’d actually be paying for, I never got any response. No emails, no texts, nothing. After waiting so long just to have the consultation and then more time for a proper quote that never came, I decided to move on. AND OF COURSE - NO REFUND… I ended up booking with another surgeon in the area who saw me promptly, didn’t reschedule once, and provided a detailed quote the same day — which I immediately booked and paid for.
