We had a truly wonderful experience at Dr. Payne’s office with EarWell treatment for our baby. Jennie was exceptional with our baby—calm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful, with remarkable attention to detail and truly amazing hands. The rest of the staff was just as impressive, with quick response times and a clear understanding of the urgency involved in starting care early. That level of care gave us so much confidence and peace of mind. We’re extremely happy with both the experience and the results, and we’re very glad we chose to move forward. Highly recommend.

Our baby was born with slightly deformed ears and our pediatrician recommended Dr. Payne’s office and we couldn’t be more happy we came to them. Jennie handled our guy’s ears with care, attention and detail, and we’re so glad we didn’t just brush his ears off and had earwells put on to correct them. 10/10!

Dr. Payne and his staff were exceptional. He performed a surgery on my three year old (E). We had concerns of our little boy having a scar and feeling scared during the process but Dr. Payne left us feeling at ease. E is recovering nicely and loves visiting Dr. Payne for follow ups.
