They accepted a $500 deposit and I never heard from them again. Pretty sad to think that a place like this would operate at the same level of integrity as a guy in the gas station parking lot selling speakers out of his van. If you deal with this office, make sure you have some recourse when it comes to getting your money back once they ghost you completely. SAD!

I don't know what happened to my last review, but I'm not writing all that out again. Due to issues trying to navigate the Baystate campus, trying to find parking, getting blocked by people, and having to wait at the front desk and in the office when I finally got there, I was 20 minutes late for my appointment when I finally got to talk to the receptionist, but 15 when I had gotten into the office. I was only supposed to get a single stitch removed from my hand. They made it a point to tell me that I was late for the appointment and said that I could be seen after the next person who had actually gotten there on time. I waited an hour and a half in the lobby, and I'm pretty sure everyone went on lunch because they all disappeared for about half an hour and I was the only one in there. They came back and the waiting room started filling up. They ended up calling some other person in before me. I just pulled out the stitch on my own and left.

The doctor performs miracles.and everyone their is so friendly and supportive. They truly care about their patients.

There very clean very nice people they help you in anything they all way explained everything very respectful

Clean , kind caring staff. Since I'm notoriously early they seem to always get me in early too .
