Jacob Cooley is so easy to talk to, very comforting & so sweet. He was the first person I had contact with over the phone & his personality drew me to consider here. Then Dr. Ford was amazing & kind, also comforting & made my whole experience (which I was so nervous for), an easy & enjoyable time. She made my questions feel important & was very thorough with answers & I admired her honesty & time she took with me. I can't wait for my surgery day!!!!!

If I could give a million stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would. From the very beginning everything went smoothly. The beautiful ladies at the front are so sweet and kind. Vinny is super intelligent, thoughtful and amazing! Dr Ford is experienced, magnificent, kind,wonderful!!!!! My expectations were exceeded. Thank you!!!!!!For putting up with me. :)

Staff was great. Surgery went as expected. Scar looks great. I had a minor complication with some infection and Dr Ford got me in and treated the issue right away with as many follow ups as needed.
