Dr. Williams is a most caring family physician with beautiful bedside manner and extremely professional. Her staff is courteous and kind. She is thorough and has a Wealth of knowledge and experience. I highly recommend her to everyone from babies to great grandparents.

I saw Dr. Williams one time and she seemed like a fine doctor. That's why the one star. After that, she went on maternity leave and I saw 2 different doctors/PAs. I had video appointments after that. On one occasion, I needed my medication adjusted and refilled. But they adjusted and filled the wrong prescription and when I called, she simply said, "oh I clicked the wrong button." (Take what you will from that.) Each time I call the office, I am made to feel like I am an inconvenience. A thorn. I am kind and patient. I am waiting for returned kindness and some sort of professional to get on the phone with me. The gal was not kind, impatient and unprofessional. I had 2 additional video appointments. I took time off of work. The first one, I never received the video link and needed to request it. When I finally received the link it was late and the I had to wait another almost an hour for the doctor to show up. Next appointment, same scenario. I ended up needing to end the video call because I had to get back to work. Never saw anyone and needed medication refills. No one showed up! Then I was billed $50 for a "no show" appointment. I think I should be billing their office for MY TIME . I refused to pay this ridiculous and unprofessional office another cent. And now...they are not refilling my prescriptions. These medically necessary prescriptions. Wow. Hard to believe the sheer lack of professionalism and communication. MyChart has never been updated over all these months. Nothing at all to indicate I was a patient. No meds listed either. I highly recommend you do not become a patient here. It is medically dangerous when refills are made incorrectly and/or not all in addition to charging you for a no show, when THEY are the ones who did not show up. AMA will be contacted.

Dr. Rachel Williams is Compassionate, Medically Astute and an Excellent Doctor. She was educated at a World Class Medical University in Ireland. So she has a World Class Medical Education and is providing healthcare in Big Rapids, Michigan. How fortunate for us and our community that she chooses to come back to where her heart and family are ... in the Big Rapids area that she calls home. We as a community are so fortunate. She combines all the necessary attributes that makes an outstanding physician. What do we, as patients look for in a doctor? • Knowledgeable and a Confident Doctor who is concise. Perhaps, more than any other quality, patients want to know that their doctor knows what they're doing and can help them get better. • Empathetic and Trust. • Skilled and shares her knowledge with others. • Focused on solving your medical condition. • Knowledgeable and medically astute. • Unbiased and listens to you. • Lives and promotes a healthy lifestyle. • Respectful of you, to her staff, and to other patients. Dr. Williams literally saved my life. I have been fortunate in my life to have had a good rapport with doctors. Note: You must be proactive, diligent in your health care actions and choices and how you choose your doctor and follow their advise. I remember dicussing and sharing with Dr. Williams that I was looking for a doctor to partner with to regain my health. I was in dire straits, medically. Seriously ill. Within 20 minutes of meeting her ... I knew that I had found what I was looking for. A Compassionate caring Doctor...she truly cares about the health of her patients. Combine this attribute with "Medical Curiosity" to solve your medical conundrum and she takes pointed snapshot of your present condition to help create a healing plan for you. She listens to you, to gather the information that you provide to assist in understanding your history and past medical conditions. She orders comprehensive testing to confirm her diagnosis and to develop your action plan to recover your core health. Her staff is always friendly and will work with you to arrange appointments times. Dr. Williams is truly a treasured doctor for us in Big Rapids. Don't let these one star ratings fool you 90% of the people that are putting these one-star reviews are because they don't pay attention and then they don't show up. If you were an owner of an establishment and you reserve a time slot for someone and they don't show up you lose money. You wouldn't want them to come back. The staff is absolutely amazing constantly helping each other out overall happy and positive mood. I wouldn't have it any better. Make sure you show up on time it's that simple schedule for days that you know you're going to be available.

Dr. William's is a good doctor and she listens to you. My problem with her is I decided on my own to get a second opinion for a problem I was having. She didn't like that I got the second opinion so she DUMPED me as her patient! Now she refuses to send my Medical Records to my new doctor. I don't think I should have to pay $10 a page for them. I tried talking to her and she refused.
