The doctor came into the room never introduce himself . Instead he just mention the procedure that it was supposed to be and told the nurse to bring the correct paperwork . I introduce myself and said good morning . He never responded . He told me why are you seating there ? I answer that is the only chair that is in the room . I never ever seen so poor bed manners in a Dr. I felt insulted and mistreated . He left , never saying it was nice meeting , only they will let you know how much it would be . Terrible terrible experience. Don’t ever go and see this Dr, even the way he touches your body , with no respect no professionalism.

I needed to get something corrected and Dr Avila was the first person who actually listened to me and respected what I said and what I thought needed to be done. I had been to a few 'prestige' doctors in NYC, Florida and I think California as well. I wound up having the revision with Dr Avila and he did an excellent job. His rates were also quite reasonable (unlike the other doctors). Btw, the thing that needed to be corrected was something one of those fancy big city doctors had done. I recommend him highly. Btw, the hospital was small, quiet and pleasant and his office staff are all gems.

First, I was impressed with the professional and friendly staff. They put me at ease right away. Dr Avila was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions without being condescending. I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work. He had been highly recommended by my dermatologist who said that "he did the prettiest work in the Valley". Even though my procedure was for a basal cell carcinoma, I can tell that there will be minimal scarring, in effect, "pretty work". I plan to see Dr. Avila for cosmetic purposes and am going to recommend him to friends and family.
