I had an excellent experience with this practice with Dr. Garramone from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was impressive, and the entire staff was always welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. The results exceeded my expectations. Everything looks natural and balanced, which was exactly what I hoped for. Valerie is exceptional in her clinical expertise and her very personable communication style. The aestheticians who work with her are also terrific. Each time I’ve gone since moving to Ft. Myers two years ago from Northern NJ where I had access to the very top in the field, I've been very pleased. Note: I have never met the two surgeons b/c have not gone down that path yet. Valerie is a PA and is fabulous!

WOW!!! Just WOW!!!! If I could give them 100 stars I would!!!! You must visit Garramone Plastic Surgery center. From the moment you walk in the front door and are greeted by the front desk personnel you feel like belong there. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming! The staff is very knowledgeable in the areas they work. I have been going there for over a year now and I am glad I made the switch. Maria is amazing in the MedSpa, she has done many facials as well as lasers to myself. Beauty is pain! Steffany is very very knowledge when it comes to my Botox and knows exactly where to stick me. Steffany will also only do what is needed and not overdo it unlike these other injectors around the area that are just after your money. Please if you ever get the chance to get a facial or Botox, make sure to call Garramone Plastic Surgery. You will not regret it one bit!

I had a facelift 6 months ago—the results are top-notch and everything I desired. I wanted a refreshed, natural looking appearance and Dr. Garramone achieved exactly that! My healing was swift and scarring is minimal The Follow-up care is also phenomenal. The staff, especially Jennifer and Sydney have been so professional yet personable. All of the staff had been gracious and helpful and I’ve always been treated with kindness. Thanks Dr. Garramone and staff! My appearance now matches how I feel—Fantastic!!!
