I had an upper bleph with Dr Burke. I cannot be more satisfied with the results! After only two weeks, nobody was able to notice I had surgery.my eyes are fully open and refreshed :)

I’ve been seeing Kristy at Dr. Burke’s office for several months, and the experience has been incredible. She truly takes the time to understand your goals and what you want to achieve in terms of health, recovery, and overall wellness. Kristy is extremely thorough and thoughtful in her approach. I had my preserve breast augmentation with a lift with Dr. Burke just about four weeks ago and I cannot recommend Dr. Burke or this method of breast augmentation enough. I'm a very active, 37 year old full-time working mother of 3 young children and I have always felt that the recovery and downtime associated with a traditional augmentation was a major barrier for me. I had finally reached a point where I was ready and willing to accept the recover/downtime and scheduled my consult. The scheduling was a breeze; Dr. Burke's staff is responsive and incredibly detailed in their communication about not only what to expect during my consultation, but the costs associated with the different options. I scheduled my consult almost 8 months out based on my schedule, so preserve was not yet an option. When I arrived for my consultation, the Christen greeted me and she met me with genuine excitement. Jasmine was so patient during the consultation and explained the entire process for over the muscle, under the muscle and preserve. She listened to my goals and showed me with the incredible technology what the various sizing options would look like on my frame. When Dr. Burke came in for my consult, she was equally as excited for me; she did not seem rushed and it felt like she really cared about not only educating me on my options, but allowing me the space to make my own decision without any real pressure. After the consult, we booked the surgery, the post-op appointments and I left feeling beyond excited for my surgery day. Surgery was a breeze. I arrived when scheduled, Jasmine was there to get me ready and the entire staff was super friendly and prepared. When i woke up from surgery, i could lift my arms above my head and i felt pressure but no real earth shattering pain. I returned home around noon and took a nap. When i woke up, I was able to answer work emails for about an hour. I took a muscle relaxer and 2 ibuprofen around 8pm the day of my surgery and rotated ibuprofen and tylenol the following day post-surgery as needed. By day 3 I did not need pain medicine at all. I was swollen but not uncomfortable and was able to fully move my arms. I did not have to take another muscle relaxer or prescription pain medicines at all while home. I returned to work on day 4 and sitting at my desk and working was very manageable. The hardest part of the preserve augmentation was that I had to try really hard not to overdo it. I felt great, pain wise, and the swelling improved tremendously in the first week alone. I was cleared to begin exercising after 2 weeks and at almost 4-weeks post-op I have some tenderness along the scars but I am otherwise feeling great!

I am so excited to have been Dr. Burke's second Preservé breast augmentation case! While not everyone is a candidate for this procedure, I was thrilled to be offered this option based on my body type and desired results (I was looking for something VERY natural and to replace volume in a specific area after having two children). I stalked many a plastic surgeon as I explored this procedure. I decided on pursuing a consultation with Dr. Burke based on her continued education and dedication to providing her patients nothing but the best results. As someone who works with many healthcare providers in my profession, I know the importance of choosing the right provider. Dr. Burke's expertise truly is second to none and in addition to that, her team is awesome. Everything was truly fantastic from the consultation all the way through the post-op appointments. As a busy mom of two toddlers, this method of breast augmentation was the optimal approach I didn't know I was looking for. I am beyond happy with my results! Dr. Burke and her team are absolutely incredible! She is kind, attentive, and truly cares about her patients. I had a BA and TT done by her and from start to finish, she made me feel comfortable, supported, and confident. I've trusted her for years and couldn't be happier with my results every time.
