I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my leg. I was referred to a plastic surgeon that told me I needed a skin graft because he wouldn’t be able to pull the skin enough on my leg above my ankle but then said he doesn’t do that. So there was Dr Cashio on one floor down. I went down there to make an appointment and it was a Thursday. The receptionist was so pleasant and gave me an appointment for that coming Monday. What a nice doctor and the assistant in there with him. He told me I did not need a skin graft and he will be able to pull the skin to stitch it. I had the surgery in his office (he gave me a choice hospital or his office) I chose his office and I felt absolutely nothing. He did a great job and they made me feel so comfortable. What a great office. I highly recommend Dr Cashio. Very honest and caring.

I am a week post op breast reduction. Excellent man and his work, top tear. Very little pain and discoloration. Sutures are mostly out, another appointment in ten days. But I absolutely feel amazing and his staff is awesome. Really no problems at all. Thank you so so so much! Dr. Cashio and staff. So easy to find also.

I am 14 days Po Tummy tuck and muscle repair. I only had a consultation with Dr Cashio didn't feel the need for a second one. Let me first say that any dr can sweet talk you and tell you what you think you want to hear. . I immediately felt his integrity and reputation as a plastic surgeon was more important. I felt he was honest as to what i should expect and didn't try to sell me lipo when I asked him about it. I never once doubted my decision to go with his practice . I went with him because I felt so safe in his hands. Also the morning of surgery the nurse at the hospital said you are in great hands , he is always early and is a perfectionist. So my gut instinct was correct. I am so happy after a year of contemplating the surgery that I did it, he took away my biggest insecurity since my late 20's. I had a apron belly from having a surgery I had at 22 and after loosing weight. Also a shout out to Ro at the front desk and Ashley his nurse. Thank you 😊 I am so happy 😁

I am grateful to Dr Richard Cashio and his staff who have tended to a very ugly skin cancer wound on the tip and side of my nose. From the get-go three weeks ago he was a straight shooter, explaining the challenges but also instilling confidence in his ability to improve the outcome post MOHS surgery. He did not over-promise but I felt sure he would do the best job possible. He has not disappointed. I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Cashio. Truly a heartfelt five-star surgeon. I am still in the healing process but can see improvement every day. Thank you!
