I was very hesitant to do this, but after reading other reviews of how natural it looked afterwards, having worked with their very very professional staff, Dr. Rich performed an amazing lift, CO2 and filler. I had acne scars from my youth that just seemed to get deeper with age. I feel like I have my face back. They are super attentive, communication every day on a timely manner pictures before and after. I cannot recommend them enough thank you very much for giving me my life back.

Dr. Rich is absolutely amazing. He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. He took the time to explain everything and truly cared about how I was feeling. What could have been stressful turned into such a positive, calming experience. Chasity was wonderful! So warm, kind, and welcoming. Both of them made me feel genuinely cared for. Image Lift was a great experience! We were able to achieve natural-looking results. I say "we" because it is a team approach, Dr. Rich, me, and the team of wonderful people at Image Lift. I was in daily contact with the team for 7 days after my procedure so that they could monitor my healing progress. I was encouraged to reach out at any time with concerns or questions. The procedure was painless, and Dr. Rich's pain management protocol after the procedure kept me out of pain. I had multiple procedures done under local anesthesia and experienced only mild discomfort after the procedure. I followed their instructions, planned ahead for meals, and had an excellent outcome!
