I cannot tell you how happy I am with the transformation of my nose! For some reason as I was aging, my nose was losing cartilage which made it start to look deformed. I was becoming so self conscious of my nose that it started to affect my self esteem. It was the only thing I could think about when meeting someone new. Every time I would look in the mirror, it was the only thing I could focus on. Makeup could no longer mask the unattractive nose. It was time to see the best facial plastic surgeon in San Clemente, and one of the best in the country, Dr. Rick Gangnes. As anxious as I was to have the rhinoplasty, my results are better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend Dr. Gangnes and his staff to anyone who is wanting reconstructive surgery or many non- surgical treatments they offer to have a more youthful and rejuvenated look. My next treatment will be to smoothing fine lines and wrinkles due to age and sun damage!

Outstanding work!!! Dr. Gangness is so passionate about what he does!!! I feel beautiful for the first time in my life ...Not only do I look young again but because he is an artist, he knows how to create beauty that looks natural...I have never had so many compliments!!! 3 of my friends have also had surgery done by this wonderful doctor and we all marvel!!! Dr. Gangnes is a most professional Dr. I am so impressed with the results and his care. I have recommended him to make y ladies and they are extremely happy with their results the doctor's bedside manner is the best. I would definitely use Dr. Gangnes again.
