Took off work had to wait four hours before I saw him. Played the same office song the entire time I was there. I asked office help why and she seemed very uncomfortable and said that's what he wants. No apologies for the long wait and he acted like he was not wanting to be there the entire time. No diagnosis, no help.

Dr. Moss is an exceptional specialist, very grateful for him, however, his staff could be trained in handling customer inquiries a lot more professional. I have received an outstanding invoice after two years and when calling to speak to someone in the office to inquire about the outstanding charges the receptionist would not let me finish my sentence regarding the invoice received and was very direct and rude. I was directed to their billing department and waiting to hear back from them.

Saying that Dr. Moss is a professional is an understatement. This man is an absolute master at what he does and will take care of you 100%. I would trust him with any of his surgeries over any other individual capable of performing the same work. I have only begun the healing process but I am already able to breathe better than before.... incredible! I will be following the recovery instructions 100% and coming back with my results. THANK YOU DR. MOSS, I CAN ALREADY BREATHE BETTER AGAIN!!!

Dr. Moss is a kind and caring doctor. He really listened to my complaints and answered my questions. He took the time I needed and was very patient with me during my experience. I would highly recommend him for anyone with an ENT problem, and I do.
