Just recently diagnosed with breast cancer and Dr. Billington was suggested to me for reconstruction after my mastectomy. Going in I was very nervous, however after speaking with her MA Nicole and meeting Dr. Billington I felt very reassured that I am in very good hands. She spent a lot of time explaining every step with me and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I have total confidence in having her do my surgery. 8/29/25 Two weeks post op and wanted to share my experience after surgery. Dr. Billington has proven that she is one of the most caring, kind ' compassionate, skilled and professional providers I have ever been in contact with. This experience has been an emotional roller coaster, her staff and Dr. Billington have been there for me the whole time answering all my questions and concerns. I still have a ways to go and I am positive for the best outcome. 2/26/26 I saw Dr. Billington for my last visit today and was told I do not need anymore follow ups going forward, all is good. It’s been a long seven months with a second surgery in December with Dr. Billington and a great outcome. As was walked away after saying goodbye to her and her amazing staff there was so many emotions knowing I would not see them again and a few tears. I am so grateful for Dr. Billington and her staff for being there for me through a really difficult time in my life and always with a kind and caring smile. I am so thankful for them and will truly miss them.

I recently closed the chapter of my breast cancer journey with a final visit to Dr. Billington’s office. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Billington and her entire staff. While my life was turned upside down with my diagnosis , this office was my “happy place”. Such a pleasant and positive office of professional and uplifting women was always welcoming. The incredible knowledge and surgical skills of Dr. Billington was beyond anything I could have hoped for. She is an absolute STAR and she is making great strides in health insurance coverage for breast cancer reconstruction. I applaud you, Dr. Billington!

Dr. Billington and her staff are experts in caring for people. Julie and I witnessed how much they love what they do and how much they want the best outcome for their patients. Thank you, Dr. Billington, Nicole, and the rest of the team for being human and caring so well for other humans. You all have a great personal touch! Oh, and Dr Billington…fantastic job on the surgery! Very happy!!

Dr. Bullington, her office staff, her anesthesiologist, and her surgical staff were all amazing! Great bedside manners, very thorough, and detailed information. She made me feel secure and cared for through the entire process. I highly recommend her and will definitely return if I ever need anything done in the future. I would give 5+ stars if I could.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Alicia Billington and her entire team! From the very first consultation, Dr. Billington was patient, kind, and truly listened to what I wanted. She made me feel comfortable and supported during what could have been a very difficult process. I had reconstructive surgery post-mastectomy, and the results are absolutely incredible — you can’t even tell I had a mastectomy. She gave me exactly what I asked for, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Her staff is just as amazing — compassionate, professional, and attentive every step of the way. I always felt cared for and never rushed. If you are looking for a surgeon who is not only exceptionally skilled but also caring and approachable, Dr. Billington is the best. I am beyond grateful for her work and the confidence she’s restored in me!
