Dr. C is who I go to if I am feeling the need to put a bigger smile on my face. I really wouldn't trust going to anyone else except for Dr. C because he is so honest and gives you all your options and so skilled at what he does. I mean 30 years or more now and the education he has had is off the charts. Not to mention, he is one of the kindest people I've ever met and very personable and I feel like I could ask him anything. The same with his staff. They're all amazing and I thank every one of them for my experiences there. See you soon! xo

Before i begin i want to first say to God be the glory. I cannot say enough good things about this surgeon. The staff is very good and you have to understand these things trickle down from the top. I traveled from Dallas to get my gynecomastia surgery. I have several friends who have had it done and they recommended a surgeon to me in Plano, TX that is really good and when I went to see him, I could tell he did not possess the acumen Dr. Caridi had. Any Dr. that is willing to put videos of his work on youtube is very confident in his ability. Also Dr. Caridi was willing to do my surgery using local anesthesia which the other Dr. was not willing to do. I will also tell you that Dr's do not like to do surgery using local because they lack the confidence to do it. It can open up the door to a lot of liability and only the best would do something like that. I also really liked Dr. Caridi's personality and could tell he is a kindhearted man. I also knew there isn't another surgeon with as much experience as Dr. Caridi when it comes to gynecomastia surgeries. So the staff was great, Dr. Caridi was phenomenal and my result which i just looked at last night for the first time is beyond epic. My chest looks literally like it looked when i was 15 years old and i am 47 for the record. The aesthetic result is what this is all about and I never thought i would get a result this good. I am blown away and everyone who has seen it is blown away as well. My mom is trying to think of reasons to go see Dr. Caridi. She keeps asking me what else does he do lol. I truly I did not think I could get this good of a result. It looks completely natural. I have a picture of myself when i was 15 and it mirrors that exactly. I also want to add, I got this from taking propecia for hair loss and having rapid weight gain. I gained 85 pounds in 6 months basically trying to gain weight because i was 3 percent body fat and was tired of being cold. That's another story all together. I then decided to lose the weight and take my body down to about 7-8 percent. When i got down to about 15 percent one of my friends who has had this surgery pointed out to me that i had gynecomastia. I told him i can get rid of it with losing weight. I had been doing hard cardio at max VOC for 2 years prior to this and then i went another year of doing MAX VOC cardio and eating the same thing every day and took my body fat percentage down to about 8-10 percent, and i never put a dent in the gynecomastia. I don't have time to express to you how hard the cardio is that i do, I use a versa climber with a weighted vest and go all out 160-170 bpm. What i can honestly tell you, if you are reading this, you will never go as hard as me and you will never be as consistent as me, just trust me, i did the testing for you, and I can tell you weight loss will not get rid of gynecomastia. I promise. So, in summary I can tell you that you need to use Dr. Caridi. He is the best and not only is he the best he also has the best personality and is the most likeable Dr. you will find and likeability matters, as well the staff is excellent and that too matters. I went to a big effort to go to Austin from Dallas. I incurred a lot of extra expense. Trust me it's worth it. Thank you Dr. Caridi so much you have changed my life.

Requested an online consultation with very minimal information and took photos for it only to get a response that he is unable to do something that 3 other doctors after speaking on the phone could do in Austin? So genuinely curious if it was just because he couldn’t or didn’t want to but at the end of the day felt the response was very unprofessional.

Nice at first, unless your result is flawed
I had gynecomastia surgery with Dr. Caridi 4 years ago. His team was initially professional, but after surgery, I noticed uneven results. A nurse had mentioned extra tissue was removed from the left side, but assured me it wouldn't be an issue. Five months later, I noticed a dent on my left chest...

I had gynecomastia surgery with Dr. Caridi in March 2021. At first, he seemed great—attentive, communicative, and professional. The results were uneven, with too much tissue removed from one side, leaving a noticeable dent. When I brought it up, I was told to "give it time." Four years later, it's still obvious, and people have even commented on it. When I reached out for help, Dr. Caridi was dismissive. He told me, I quote, “I don’t ‘err’ when it comes to surgery.” On a video call, he downplayed my concerns, then became condescending and insulting. The difference in how he treated me before and after payment was shocking. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed choice. I expected better care and accountability, particularly at the prices he asks.
