Personally, I have referred many patients. My experience was he was caring, personable and did a heck of a job on the brown recluse bite that I had. The scar is barely noticeable. He did an Awesome job! Apparently he has a good relationship with his staff and patients. He was well respected and they were very sweet to me. I would return in a heart beat!

Awful experience! He's neglectful and has a routine, cookie cutter practice for his patients. He injects you to maximum treatments, dulling the pain and allowing you to increase injury, then performs surgery. After maxing out your post surgical injections, he sends you to his recommended physical therapy office, which happens to be his practice as well, though the name won't implicate this information. Do NOT take his recommendation for PT location, because they literally do nothing, and it feels like a pop-up office, dirty and unprofessional. He wasted so much of my time, waited until I had different (operable) injuries than I had when initially coming to him to put me on restrictions at work. By that time, surgery was necessary, bit my initial injury has only worsened and gone completely untreated. The pain has now travelled to my elbow, when it was only in my wrist Two years ago, when I first visited Ippolito. Also, his bedside manner is terrible. He's kind of creepy with his nurses, calling them sweetie and whatnot. The only time he actually looked at me when speaking to me was one time I came in wearing a dress. He just seems over it at this point. I would recommend seeking a doctor who actually examines your injuries, rather that waste time trusting someone will take care of you who really could care less.

My husband had to have surgery on his elbow and the dr. Literally came in twice with the wrong chart looking at the opposite arm and looking at his hand. He even put in my husbands record something about Carpel tunnel which was of course denied payment bc it wasn't related at all to the injury we were there for! My husband has no carpel tunnel! They would literally tell us nothing for a whole year and just say "see you in two weeks" as if we didn't live nearly 100 miles away. Anytime I asked questions he would leave his nurses that would literally have no clue what to say to answer them for me.worst experience I have ever had with healthcare professionals. In over a year I think he actually looked at my husbands arm maybe 2 times and that was for the 2 surgeries he completed on him. Absolutely do not recommend this dr. to anyone!

Dr. Issp. has done 2 different surgeries on my right hand for carpal tunnel/Trigger fingers, different fingers. The last surgery was done in December 2008. In 2016 September I went back to him as x-rays from my PCP showed I had a hairline fracture on my right hand. He sent me to a place to get a upper extremity test on the hand and ultimately when I returned to his office for the results....he told me that I had carpel tunnel and that I needed surgery. I replied "no I've already had the surgery! He asked me win? By then I'm furious! I told him you did the surgery.. He said well now we have a procedure to wrap the nerves so that they won't come apart again. Dr. Issp. NEVER read my chart before seeing me. My advice to anyone considering him....Don't! And yes the wait time "Sucks".

Wait times suck at times, but everyone there is extremely nice. Dr. Ippolito doesn't know what he is doing. I broke my hand and instead of plating the bone, he pinned the bone incorrectly. All summer, I would visit asking what is this sagging in my hand, why can't I hold a toothbrush, this is my dominant hand. He would pinch my cheeks ignoring my concern. When I finally had enough, he ordered an x-ray. My hand was still broken after 3 months. He said it was because of my age my bone was healing slowly in front of another patient in their room. He also sent me to this horrible therapy company that didn't even know what service I needed. I had to find a new doctor to fix my hand correctly.
