I had a very negative experience with the receptionist at this office. When I tried to explain what my primary care doctor had told me, she responded by saying, “I don’t care,” and dismissed what I was saying. She emphasized that she has worked for Dr. Kraft for 30 years and therefore “knows,” instead of listening to my concerns. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. Patients should not be spoken to in such a dismissive manner, especially when discussing medical guidance from another physician. The interaction left a very poor impression.

Receptionist needs to be fired.. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I tried to explain the reason for my visit, I was cut off and dismissed. As you are the first contact for patients, you should be doing your job with patience and RESPECT—not making people feel unwelcome or like a burden. If you’re that miserable, maybe it’s time to reconsider your role. People come here needing care, not attitude. I never write reviews that’s how you know it was extremely rude. I am just shocked they have someone like THIS working here. You are at a medical clinic, act like the adult you are supposed to be.

I had a cyst removed back in 2023. The cyst was located on my chest right between my breast. My biggest concern was the scar bc of cosmetic reasons. Every surgeon I had been to in the past told me that the scar would be very big right in the middle of my chest. Dr. Kraft understood my concern and he made a diagonal cut which follows the fold of my breast. The Breast overlapped the scar hiding most of the scar. I am very pleased with the surgery and I know that no other Dr. would be able to think outside the box like he did. I can where cleavage or a bathing suit and the scar is not apparent. I recommend Dr. Kraft bc he truly listens to patient’s concern and also is a great problem solver!

My husband was sent here from an urgent care, after filling out alot of paperwork he was told he had to pay $125 to be seen . He has medicaid and wasn't told about this payment . The secratary was very rude and was raising her voice saying we should of seen his commercial. We were sent by an urgent care because he had a cyst that became a bacterial infection. I dont understand why she had to be so rude raising her voice. We left and went to forest hills hospital they were very nice and took care of him asap.

Dr. Kraft helped me greatly by surgically removing two cysts, one from the back of my neck and the other from beneath my left eye. Both cysts were large and I trusted Dr. Kraft to take them out. I'm certainly glad I did. I feel and look better because of his surgical skills. And I must also say the entire experience was enhanced by his dedicated office manager and very professional physician assistant. It's very easy to recommend Forest Hills Plastic Surgery.
