I am writing this review to share my personal experience, which unfortunately was not a positive one. I received both a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation from Dr. Vitolo. Looking back, I feel that I did not receive a thorough or proper consultation, possibly because I was younger at the time. I was not fully educated on what would or would not be done during surgery, nor were realistic expectations clearly discussed. Regarding my rhinoplasty, my nose was not broken during the procedure — only the bump was shaved down. After healing, my nose appeared larger than it was originally. When I brought this concern to Dr. Vitolo, I was told that this was because my nose was not broken. This was never explained to me prior to surgery, and had I known this information beforehand, I would have made a more informed decision. I feel this lack of transparency was a major issue. As for my breast augmentation, my breasts and nipple placement have pointed downward since the initial healing period and continue to do so years later. This has left me very unhappy with the results. No corrective options or solutions were offered to address my concerns. I do take some responsibility for being young and not advocating for myself more strongly at the time. However, I also believe it is the surgeon’s responsibility to ensure patients fully understand their procedures and outcomes, regardless of age. Unfortunately, I did not feel supported or helped when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I regret not seeking care elsewhere and hope this review helps others understand the importance of a thorough consultation and clear communication before moving forward with surgery.

I had my rhinoplasty done here and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience from start to finish. The doctor made me feel so comfortable, explained everything clearly, and truly listened to what I wanted. The care before and after surgery was amazing. I always felt supported, and any questions I had were answered right away. My recovery has been smooth, and even with the early swelling I can already tell my results are exactly what I hoped for. Thank you again!!!

Im so happy with the results of my liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and bra area. From my initial consultation to my 1st post op today everything was exceptional. Dr Viltolo listened carefully to my goals and provided realistic expectations which instantly built my trust. I went to many consultations and noone compared to Dr Vitolo. I instantly felt safe which was a big concern for me. Listening to his knowledge of my procedure put him over the top. I am so happy with the results and its only the beginning of my healing journey. I cant wait to see the final results. The staff especially were so kind, patient and made me feel at ease every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr Vitolo and his team to anyone looking for cosmetic procedure. He is truly top notch.

I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Vitolo 15 years ago, and I recently returned for an exam. I’m thrilled to say the results still look fantastic — his work has held up beautifully and I expect many more years of enjoyment. Dr. Vitolo is incredibly thorough, kind, and attentive. He takes the time to listen and makes you feel completely comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
