After a late referral on my shattered wrist/scaphoid, Dr Rubinstein and his team got me in quickly and worked out a plan with my insurance as he technically didn’t take mine. But had a surgery center that would. Nice staff and follow ups have been great

Dr. Roee Rubinstein and his office team are absolutely wonderful. I needed an urgent, emergency operation and despite being fully booked, Dr. Rubinstein somehow managed to fit me in, schedule an immediate operation and save my thumb. Dr. Rubinstein walked me through the procedure, the very intricate operation, the continuing follow up visits and the importance of following up with physical therapy. His caring, understanding and compassionate approach is unmatched, as is his willingness to take the time to listen to concerns and explain the correct approach. Dr. Rubinstein is terrific. He was recommended by two of my trusted doctors and, although it took 2 months to get an appointment, it was well worth the wait. When I arrived, there was no waiting around. I was warmly greeted by staff, taken to a room for customary blood pressure and so on while being asked specific questions. Dr. Rubinstein came in shortly. He was kind, caring and exceedingly professional. He took great interest in my personal story and, upon completing his examination, told me exactly what my issue was. He explained that some arthritic events in older people can cause the issue I have. He assured me surgery was not the answer. I was so impressed with everything about him, and what a wonderful person he is, that I’m happy to leave this review.

Dr. Rubinstein and his team are elite. After an emergency room referral for a hand injury, they were able to get me an appointment within just a couple of days and immediately took charge of my care. The office is spotless, the staff is warm and welcoming, and Dr. Rubinstein himself is both compassionate and personable. His kindness really put me at ease during what was a very traumatic experience. After surgery, I experienced some severe unexpected pain. Dr. Rubinstein went above and beyond. He was attentive, empathetic, and even took my calls late at night and on weekends to ensure I had the right pain management plan in place. His dedication and kindness made all the difference in my recovery. I am incredibly grateful and cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.

I cannot recommend Dr. Rubinstein highly enough. My mother suffered a bad fall and a wrist fracture, leading us to the ER. In a moment of panic, multiple doctors and nurses independently recommended Dr. Rubinstein, and they were absolutely right. He is, without a doubt, the best surgeon we could have hoped for. Dr. Rubinstein is not only incredibly skilled but also kind, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to us in a way we could understand and even managed to be funny, which put my very anxious mother completely at ease. What truly sets him apart is his profound compassion. My mother does not have the best insurance, but that was never an issue. Dr. Rubinstein treated her with the utmost care and respect. He genuinely went out of his way for her, demonstrating a level of dedication you rarely see. The most astounding example was when he performed her surgery on a Saturday morning—his day off—to ensure she received the best possible care without delay. We are so grateful for his expertise and his incredible kindness. He is a credit to his profession. Thank you, Dr. Rubinstein, for everything.
