DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, if I could give no stars I would ! . My husband had a hair transplant, a guy named Darcey (posing as a doctor) completely misdiagnosed the amount of grafts he needed, they ran out of grafts mid procedure and he needs the procedure AGAIN after being forced to wait a year. Mind you we still haven’t met the doctor, does he even exist !? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, I AM SAVING YOU THE PAIN AND SUFFERING

I just had a consultation with Dr. Bassin. He was honest and I felt very comfortable with his opinion. I have festoons. I'm looking forward to my surgery. On another note I went to a couple other surgeons for my condition and they pushed giving me a whole face-lift. Dr. Bassinet looked at what I needed and didn't push any other procedures.

Dr. Bassin and his staff are top notch, providing a superior service with a caring ear. His staff from the front desk to his nurse practitioner Ashley McGee and esthetician Stephene Bassin, are extremely professional and highly experienced. Ashley did an amazing job performing CO2 Laser procedure and correcting my filler injection. Stephen provided me with excellent skin care education to help me maintain my great results. I highly recommend this office.

Do yourself a favor and save your money! 12K wasted and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was asked to come into the office and take more pictures and then NOTHING. Even worse is the lack of any real response when reaching out to them about my being unhappy with the result. Go elsewhere.
