I am an out of town ethnic patient from Canada and I am so satisfied with my results with Dr.Z and his team. From consultation to surgery day, Dr.Z and his team were warm, responsive and addressed all my concerns. Having Dr.Z walk through the process of a rhinoplasty, and explain how he would achieve my desired end result (as every case is different) was very reassuring. I did the awake rhinoplasty and it was phenomenal, no complications. It was very very important for me to have a refined shape and balance my ethnic features- I’m almost 3 months post op (with thick skin) and loving my results already, I can’t wait to see where I’ll be at the 1 year mark. I went from having a bulbous and wide nose, to a small and defined nose, never thought it was possible. The results get better week by week. Dr.Z does an excellent job of enhancing- not erasing your features. He designed a nose that fits well with my face. Every time I come to the office the team is so warm and inviting, they are truly a family! The office is a very classy, warm and safe environment. If you are considering a rhinoplasty, look no further :), Dr.Z and team are truly the best at what they do!!!

From consultation to final result, my experience with Dr. Z and his team was truly exceptional. The practice runs at such a high level of professionalism and care. Valeria and Barbie at the front desk are amazing — gracious, attentive, and always on top of everything. Every interaction felt seamless and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Z is truly elite at what he does. He took the time to listen to my goals, guided me through the entire process, and delivered results that are both stunning and natural. My nose is beautifully balanced, elegant, and exactly what I had hoped for — honestly, even better. I’m also so grateful to Karen, his assistant, who is wonderful. I had an awake rhinoplasty, and the entire experience was absolutely seamless. From my initial consultation with Dr. Z, he took the time to explain my facial asymmetry and even created a 3D image of my nose to walk me through the entire process. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. A special shoutout to Barbie and Valeria — they are truly the best! I called them many times with questions, and they always responded kindly and patiently.
