I recently had a renuvion neck lift (with liposuction) and an upper bleph with Dr. Palmer. During my consult, Dr Palmer told me that, based on my age and elasticity of my skin, I would get the best results with a Deep Plane Facelift. When I told him I didn't want something so drastic and wasn't ready for it, he immediately told me I had another option. He didn't insist nor did he try to convince me to go with the most expensive procedure. He did the total opposite and immediately gave me another option. He explained the Renuvion procedure, the results, the downtime and the cost (which was half of the other one) and told me it would give me most of what I wanted, without going all out with a DPF. I appreciated his honesty, his patience, the no-pressure approach and his impeccable bedside manner. His staff is excellent, as well. They returned calls, answered all my questions and even emailed me back with answers after hours. I sometimes would get responses back at 11:00 pm on a Saturday! The day of the procedure everything went on without a hitch. The nurses were awesome, too. They were on time, everything flowed and I was in and out in 3 hours. Most importantly, 4 hours after my procedure, while I was recuperating at home, Dr. Palmer himself called me to make sure I was okay, offered to answer any questions and made sure I understood all the home care instructions. I would highly recommend Dr Palmer and his personnel to anybody. I will also be going back to him for any future procedures.
