I had surgery in 2022. My experience was good for the most part. No complications minimal pain. His team is excellent. He might be a little too natural for my liking. I feel like I could’ve had a little more back there and maybe have added hips as I don’t have any and I asked for some. Also, one side is slightly bigger than the other side. I took care very well and followed instructions. Didn’t sleep on my sides or on my back for almost 8 months. And wore my faja for over a year. And, even though his care team there was excellent they never called to check up on me after I left them. No follow up or anything of that nature. If you’re looking for a super natural/minimalist change I recommend Dr. Lara. He is very nice and honest. His staff is also very nice.

Dr Lara and his staff are truly exceptional!! I am so very grateful for the care and support I have had during this entire journey. Dr Lara performed a circular lipectomy with liposuction, a breast lift with implants and a little bbl. His professionalism and expertise is apparent from the moment we met! I couldn’t be happier with my results!! I highly recommend him!

Dr Lara and his staff are simply amazing! I love how attentive they are from the time you arrive until after you leave. I’ve NEVER HAD even one issue with anything Dr Lara has done for me. He is a remarkable surgeon!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lara since 2021. I have had 2 different procedures and both times I've had amazing experiences. I have no complaints as his knowledge, his staff, his reputation and his work are impecable. He is also, if not the only one in TJ, one of very few surgeon's that provide pain pump after surgery, which I found to be vital in my recovery. His staff is also on top of things and very responsive. Fernanda was my coordinator and I haven't had any issues. Yes, there will be a deposit to hold a day for a procedure and they're very clear to explain that it is not refunded for obvious reasons. This doctor is busy for good reasons, and if you book a procedure with him you are taking time from someone else being able to have that appointment. The doctor is fully certified and his anesthesiologist is not only extremely professional but very caring and knowledgeable. The nurses that prepare you for the surgery (Lupita) are also very kind and with a good bedside manner. There is so much more positive information I could to say but I hope this is enough to assist someone in making the right decision in choosing the best doctor.

Incredible experience! The staff is always very responsive to aLl questions and concerns. doctor is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely talented. Glad I picked him as my doctor. They made feel very safe and very comfortable. Best doctor in TJ. Board certified and amazing team behind him. I am planning my next procedure with him very soon. Highly recommend them if you want great results, a responsive team and a comfortable and safe plastic surgery experience 🙌. I got a tummy tuck and breast implant change and my recovery is very smooth. Amazing!!!!
