Dr. Khan is exceptional! I can’t say enough good things about her and her team. I have had three surgeries done with her and I have been overwhelmed with satisfaction. I highly recommend Dr. Saiqa Khan with Empowered Plastic Surgery. I truly believe she is Amazing! When I was looking for a surgeon, I initially sought out before and after photos to gauge if their patients had the results I was looking for. Although Dr. Khan didn’t have these on her website (I later discovered she’s active on Instagram/YouTube), her impressive high ratings caught my attention which prompted me to book a consultation. After visiting with her, I wasted no further time comparing other doctors as I automatically felt comfortable, confident and excited she was the right surgeon. I scheduled two procedures with the Renuvion product, (I’m shocked at how well the product works and how sculpted I look). The third surgery was replacing aging breast implants. She did a fabulous job with all three procedures. My recovery times have been quick and easy, and I’ve not had near as much pain as I expected during recovery. From a professional standpoint, Dr. Khan is extremely knowledgeable and remarkably skilled. She understands every patient is unique and tailors everything to meet your individual desires. She is compassionate, and is very concerned you have the successful results you’re envisioning. Dr. Khan takes a lot of thought and care in designing the ideal procedures for you. She is an expert in cosmetic surgery and particularly adept with the Renuvion product. Her bedside manner is empathetic, attentive, and collaborative. On a personal level, she is approachable, friendly and has a contagious positive energy. She and her staff are informative, warm and welcoming, and for any concerns or questions I had before surgery or during recovery, (even during the holidays) they responded quickly which made me feel valued and cared for. Ultimately, I wanted the best possible results for my investment. I had saved a long time and I didn’t want just any surgeon, and I didn’t want a generic procedure either. Dr. Khan exceeded my expectations and I have developed a great respect and trust of her to do any further surgeries. My results speak volumes and I couldn’t be happier or more excited about them. In fact, I’ve decided to do more work with her in the upcoming months. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. If you are looking for an excellent surgeon, you owe it to yourself to meet with her early in your search. Dr. Khan is absolutely incredible. I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with her. She performed a couple of treatments on me, and the results are beyond amazing. They are so natural-looking that no one can tell I’ve had anything done — people just keep telling me I look better, but can’t figure out why. She took so much time to listen to my concerns and never once made me feel rushed. Dr. Khan is incredibly meticulous, detail-oriented, and truly gifted at what she does, but just as importantly, she is genuinely kind and caring. If you’re looking for a talented plastic surgeon who prioritizes natural results and patient care, look no further. I can’t say enough about Dr. Khan or the confidence she’s given me.

I had arm liposuction with renuvion done by Dr. Khan in January 2026, and I wanted to share my journey and truly wonderful experience. I’m a Mom of two teens in my 40s, and like many women, I have stubborn areas that simply haven’t responded to diet and exercise. One of those areas was my upper arms. Despite my best efforts with fitness and nutrition, they bothered me for years—to the point where I avoided sleeveless shirts altogether (not fun when you live in hot & humid Houston). That frustration led me to research both my options and providers very carefully. I first came across Dr. Khan on social media and was immediately drawn to her vision and her message of empowering women. From the very first interaction, she became my champion. She truly listened, took her time, and made me feel completely comfortable. I’ve had procedures done with two other plastic surgeons in the past, and Dr. Khan exceeded those experiences in every way. There is something genuinely special about her—she is kind, authentic, and present. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Khan made me feel at ease. During my procedure, she was very communicative, explaining exactly where we were at each step and offering encouragement, which I appreciated more than I can say. She personally checked on me after the procedure and continued to cheer me on during recovery. I also had an excellent experience with her staff. Kym and Madison were incredibly attentive and made the entire experience feel VIP-level. Kym, in particular, was fantastic at communicating all the information I needed and made it clear there was no such thing as a dumb question. I really valued her insight and perspective throughout the process. Now that I’m post-op, I couldn’t be happier with my results. For the first time, I can honestly say I like my arms—and I’m looking forward to wearing as many sleeveless shirts as possible this summer.
