My experience with this Surgeon and the horrible dental work was entirely negative, deplorable and horrible, I would give a 0 star if I could, however, that is not a option, I was referred to Sami Nizam by my dentist to do a assessment and evaluation to see if Dental Implants would be beneficial and right for me, and Nizam made the determination and decision that he would do the Implants and that I shouldn't experience any problems with the Implants, he further stated, that the Implants would healed in a week, I informed Nizam that my dentist stated that I would have to have extractions and Bonegraph before the Implants were placed, my dentist also informed Nizam, to do the Bonegraph first and allow 3 to 4 months for the Bonegraph to heal before placing the Implants in my mouth. I asked numerous questions about the Surgeries to be performed, such as the size of my mouth,complications,risks, and Nizam stated there weren't any risks or complications. It was of utmost,essential, and Vital Importance that procedures and Surgeries are explained in detail and in advance about the pros, and cons, before, and after the procedures, risks,and complications etc,so that I could make a intelligent decision and what to anticipate, and I could decline or reject the surgery, I learned later that Nizam had been very dishonest and he failed to disclose all of the information about the risks and complications he neglected to explain all of the procedures, if he had been honest I would have declined the Surgeries, however, it was concealed and deliberately not disclose. Nizam wasn't supposed to do Bonegraph, and Implants the same day, however, he did ,as a result my entire face was so swollen, I didn't recognize my selfI was in excruciating, agonizing pain for numerous months, and this took almost two to healed, and I still have some issues, and this is because he did all of the work the same day, instead of allowing the bonegraph to heal before seating Implants, he did what was in his best interest and not mine to acquire over 9 thousand dollars, he wanted all of thr money at once,he didn't want to wait, and he caused me extreme suffering, as a result of his greed, he was supposed to consider my best interest first, however, he neglected to do so and did what was in his best interest, he dismissed me as a patient, and this was entirely cruel, he is a poor excuse and a do call doctor, this was inhuman, unkind, no compassion, and so unethical and unfair, he sent me a certified letter stating that he was no longer my doctor and dismissed me while I was in all of this pain, unable to eat or sleep, it was horrible nightmare, he did this for the money and he didn't care about me as a patient, he did what was best for him. I filed a complaint with the Medical Board, however, they protect who they give license to, and did absolutely nothing. I also believed that Nizam removed the stitches to soon,before he placed the abutments,he rushed everything, so he could be paid all at once,he was doing some remodeling at the time.I encountered tremendous and significant amount of excruciating, agonizing pain and suffering as a result of Nizam negligence, greed, and rushed work, because all of the work he did was rushed at my expense so he could be paid all the money at once,he is a bad horrible so called Surgeon that caused me unnecessary excruciating pain and suffering by doing all of the work at once,instead of waiting for bonegraph to heal before seating Implants, and he didn't wait for the Implants to heal,before placing abutments, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied and I very strongly do not recommend Nizam, he only cares about the money, and didn't care about me as a patient, he was also aware that I had bony insufficiencies,and this is why I needed the bonegraph, and he was aware of this and knew that the healing process for me would be slow, however, he was selfish and did all of the work at one time and caused me severe, agonizing and excruciating pain because he was selfish and greedy, and not reputable Dr. and unethical.

Dr. Nizam is awesome! My daughter had surgery and he called and checked on her and when I wasn't sure if something was "normal", he had me send detailed pictures and let me know it was 100% "normal". Her case turned out beautiful. Very happy with her results.

Had to have a tooth pulled and the whole experience, from consultation to procedure, was very professional. I was especially impressed that Dr. Nizam called me later in the day to check on me. His staff was also superb -- everyone.

I had oral surgery on 12/19/2022. 1.5 hours later I was home. Dr. Nizam is perfectly professional, educational and caring. He personally called to check on me that same evening. His entire staff is amazingly kind and knowlegable. I will continue to trust him in the future. I am so grateful.🙏
