Dr. Samuel Pearl is a board-certified plastic surgeon who established his private practice in Mountain View, California in 1982, serving the El Camino Hospital community for decades. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University College of Medicine in 1975 and completed his residency training at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Pearl was board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
