I had such an amazing breast augmentation/lift experience with Dr. Usha. I had a previous breast aug done 4 years prior with a different surgeon which left me feeling so insecure. The old implants were not appropriate for my frame. I met with Dr Usha in April of 2025 and immediately felt safe, listened to, and understood. She agreed with my opinion that the old implants were too large. We agreed on 285cc silicone implants to replace my old 600cc saline ones. The day of surgery went amazing and I never once felt unsafe or unsure. I trust Dr Usha and her team 100%. Everything from pre op to surgery to post op has been amazing. I am so happy with my results and cannot recommend Dr Usha and her team enough. Thank you so much!

After moving to SF five months ago, I was nervous about finding a new aesthetic nurse after having such a great long-term provider in my previous city. But Nurse Alyssa at SFPS immediately earned my trust during our consultation. The impressive work she's done for other patients coupled with her thoughtful approach put me right at ease. Since then, I've gone to Nurse Alyssa for facial balancing (Botox and fillers), and she keeps everything very natural, really honing in on what suits your face instead of doing the same thing for everyone. She's meticulous, explains everything clearly and thoroughly, and you can tell she truly cares about you looking and feeling your best. She's so kind and such a pleasure to see at every appointment, and the ladies at the front desk are awesome too. Always super welcoming. Can't recommend Nurse Alyssa and this office enough!

I had a really great experience with this office and Dr. Rajagopal. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful, which made the whole process so much less stressful. I'd been considering my treatment for a very long time and after meeting with a few surgeons, I knew Dr. Rajagopal was the best choice. Dr. Rajagopal was professional, compassionate, and truly skilled. She did an amazing job, and I’m so happy with my results. I felt listened to and well cared for every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone who is thinking about plastic/cosmetic surgery.

I’ve been going to Dr. Rajagopal’s office for some time now for various treatments, and over the past six months I’ve been coming in more regularly for my bridal prep. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Rajagopal, her office, or her incredible staff. I’ve primarily been doing SkinPen, LaseMD, and ATV treatments, along with Emsculpt, and I’ve seen such a difference in my skin texture, sun spots, hyperpigmentation, and overall tone. I’ve also had freckle and mole removal on my face and neck with great results. Haley, the office manager, is absolutely wonderful, Alyssa is fantastic with skin treatments, and Dr. Rajagopal is simply the best. Their new office is beautiful, and I can’t wait to try the hyperbaric oxygen chamber at my next visit. I’m already feeling so much more confident with my wedding just six months away. SFPS is truly the place to go for all your bridal prep needs!

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Nurse Alyssa and Dr. Usha Rajagopal for several treatments and procedures, and every experience has been wonderful. The girls in the office are always so warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I tend to get incredibly anxious around needles and injections, but they always make me feel safe and at ease. Nurse Alyssa provides thorough consultations and makes me feel completely comfortable expressing my concerns, ensuring I always feel heard and cared for. Highly recommend this office !!
