Dr. Kalsow is truly one of a kind. I went to him for a nose job, chin lipo, a breast augmentation, and Lipo 360, and I could not be happier with my results. He is an artist in every sense, but what sets him apart is that he is also an incredibly thoughtful and ethical doctor who always puts safety and your best interest first. I felt informed, confident, and cared for throughout the entire process. My husband also had Lipo 360 with Dr. Kalsow and now has abs—yes, real abs—which says everything about his skill. The entire staff is top tier, professional, and genuinely kind. Natasha is an absolute dream and truly the backbone of Dreams Plastic Surgery. This is the surgeon I trust, the one I recommend to everyone, and the only place I’ll continue to go. I can’t wait to come back for more.

I had my lipo 360 and bbl done with Dr. Kalsow in October 2023. Over 2 years later, I am still so thrilled with my results. Dr. K gave me exactly what I wanted. Natasha is also a great coordinator, I could ask her any questions anytime, and she was always super helpful and responsive. I did A LOT of research for years and knew I wanted to stay in my city (and do awake lipo+fat transfer) to finally do my dream procedure, so I pulled the trigger with Dr. K after my friend had went to him for a skinny awake bbl, and my ONLY regret was that I didn't do this YEARS ago. I would go to him again if I had to.

Dr kalsow is a true expert! His skill speaks for its self through your results. I had the best experience at dreams. dr k is honest and will always be upfront with you. He makes sure to manage expectations every step of the way. He takes time to listen and really understand where you are coming from and where you want to go. When asking questions he makes sure you are understanding every step of the way. For the office staff I couldn’t say enough wonderful things. The morning of my surgery Natasha held my hand and told me everything would be fine. She made sure I felt confident in all next steps and educated me every step of the way. Not once did I feel alone or confused. She also works hand in hand with Dr k managing expectations which is so important for any cosmetic surgery. They are on the same page. She is reassuring and so transparent. Her knowledge and years in the field really shine through in the best ways. After surgery there are always expected highs and lows. This time around it’s been highs every step of the way. Not once have I felt sad or upset about my results as Natasha assured me everything would be great just follow the protocol and trust the process. Natasha has followed up we me constantly always checking in and answering my redundant questions. One of the days I met Francesca and she just like Natasha is a delight to deal with. She was kind and another great addition to the office. I can’t say enough great things about not only my results but the staff and Dr k. I am so grateful that I trusted this office with my surgery. I will be back for more and recommend them highly!

2 Botched Surgeries – Please Read Before Booking with Dr. Kalsow / Dreams Plastic Surgery I’ve undergone two surgeries with Dr. Kalsow and unfortunately, both have left me with even worse results than I started with. First surgery ($10,500): I came in primarily to correct a volume deficiency in my LEFT glute and arm liposuction, along with filling the hip dips (not both glutes). Despite discussing a very specific plan with Dr. Kalsow, fat was injected into both glutes, creating a new, dramatic asymmetry that I didn’t have before. The right side ended up higher, more projected, and unnatural-looking. After expressing my concerns, Dr. Kalsow offered a $1,500 revision, which I accepted, hoping things would improve. Second surgery (revision): This was supposed to correct the unevenness and address hip contouring. Instead, it made the right side even worse. My hips remained lopsided, my arms barely changed, and now the overall shape looks even more off. I’ve made multiple long-distance trips (I live 7 hours away) for 5-minute follow-ups that led to no real solutions. Every time I raised concerns, I was told to “give it time” or was asked to come back in person without meaningful discussion or accountability. I’m now left emotionally and physically drained, with visible deformities I didn’t have before. I’m sharing this to warn others: Please research thoroughly before trusting this practice with your body.

Went to get the body of my dreams and let me tell you I was sculpted to perfection . I have the dream body I wanted and I am so happy with the results.Not only does Dr.Kalsow has magic hands but he give immaculate results and honest consultations as well . Let me also get to the most dedicated surgical coordinator ever Ms.Natasha an angel from heaven ! Truly a blessing from god she answers from before surgery until after and ongoing . It can be anytime of the day and night she is getting back to me . I love her dedication and consistency and she made me feel so comfortable and safe .
