I am writing to share my experience with this practice during my consultation, surgical procedure, and post-operative care in February and March 2026. I attended a consultation regarding a breast lift with a 100 cc implant. My surgery proceeded on March 3. By March 6, I experienced extreme swelling--approximately three times the expected size. My husband contacted the answering service and was told the doctor was out of town and that I should go to the emergency room. Throughout this experience, I have not received an apology, acknowledgment, or meaningful support from the practice. The lack of communication, follow-up care, and accountability has been deeply disappointing.

This is not about surgeries or treatments, this is about the AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dealt with the most unprofessional uneducated person, RENEE. I kept trying to ignore her rudeness and belittling until I decided that was enough. Update: immediately after posting, I was contacted by the business and they explained that Renee hasn't been there in a while. That makes it safe to go there again. Glad she's gone, and I will be giving it another shot.

Had my first Botox appointment with Heather RN, today. She was thorough and very helpful with my appointment. I shared my past experience with Botox and she was kind and heard my concerns. She provided me with knowledge and assertion. From checking in to checking out, the team is polite and very professional. Thank you PSS!

My journey through surgery and healing has been painful, emotional, and at times deeply discouraging--but I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Dr. Yngvar Hvistendahl for his compassion, professionalism, and integrity throughout a very complex situation. Dr. Hvistendahl stepped into an extremely difficult case, one that came with both physical and emotional trauma. What stood out most was his calm presence, thoughtful guidance, and his commitment to making me feel safe and understood. I'm still in recovery, but for the first time in a long time, I'm beginning to feel hopeful again.

I recently had surgery for diastasis recti repair and couldn't be happier with the process and the results. Dr. Hvistendahl really knows what he is doing. His staff is extremely helpful and nice and I strongly recommend them if you are contemplating a cosmetic procedure. Everything was top notch, check them out you won't regret it!
