Dr. Steinberg is an amazing surgeon! Hands down the most caring and invested doctor you could ask for! Listens to her patients and spends intentional time with each patient to provide the best care. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Steinberg and her team, and I feel it’s important to share it for anyone doing their research. From my first visit, Dr. Steinberg was professional, thorough, and respectful. She took time to explain the procedure, discuss realistic outcomes, and answer all of my questions in detail. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or talked over. On the contrary, she was clear, confident, and made sure I understood both the benefits and limitations so I could make an informed decision. The office staff was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Scheduling, and pre-operative instructions were communicated clearly, and whenever I had questions, someone followed up with me. Surgery preparation and post-operative care were well organized, and I was given clear instructions for recovery and wound care. After surgery, Dr. Steinberg and her team checked in to make sure I was healing properly and that my concerns were addressed. I felt supported before, during, and after the procedure. My results aligned with what was discussed in advance, and I am very happy with the outcome.
