Dr. Koonce is the kindest, most patient doctor that I ever met! She did a magnificent job with my breast cancer reconstruction surgery, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. She explains everything in detail from the first consultation to day of surgery. Dr. Koonce is a very special person and a remarkable plastic surgeon. We are so fortunate to have her in NWA. Simply the best!! ♥️

The nurse is named Michelle. She was kind and made me feel at ease. Dr Koonce is extremely knowledgeable. I didn’t have to wait long, she came right in. Dr Koonce was kind, empathetic and straightforward. She was able to explain things so the average person could understand. I’m looking forward to having her do my surgery.

Dr. Koonce and her staff are some of the most kind and compassionate individuals I have ever met. Dr. Koonce is a true miracle worker. We are extremely lucky to have a surgeon with her expertise serving our area. I will forever be grateful for the way she changed my life. *Side Note - I genuinely feel like anyone that leaves a bad review on Dr. Koonce or her staff must be, for lack of a better word, a “Karen”. Upon arrival, the staff was warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was pleasant. Once brought back to a room Dr. Koonce and her staff were so sweet and patient to answer all of my many questions with confidence, which put me at ease. After the visit I researched techniques we talked about and I can say without a doubt, Dr Koonce is ahead of the game and I’m confident that she is the best surgeon I could have possibly wanted to do this explant and capsule removal!
