Dr. Steven Garner is a double board-certified plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist in Santa Cruz, CA. He earned his MD from Boston University School of Medicine in 1985, followed by 8 years of surgical training including an ENT residency at the University of Iowa, a plastic surgery residency at USC, and a craniofacial-maxillofacial fellowship at the University of Miami. Dr. Garner has served on the plastic surgery faculty at Stanford University and the University of Texas, and founded UltraDerm MedSpa.
