About Dr. Susan

Dr. Susan Otero is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon based in Wilmington, Delaware. She earned her medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 1980 and completed her surgical residency training at George Washington University, followed by a plastic surgery residency at Nassau University Medical Center and Stony Brook University. Dr. Otero has practiced plastic surgery for over two decades.
