About Dr. Te

Dr. Te Ning Chang is a board-certified plastic surgeon in San Francisco, CA with over 20 years of experience. She earned both her MD and PhD from Yale School of Medicine, graduating in 1998. She completed her internship and plastic surgery residency at UCSF Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery (2002-2003). Dr. Chang is affiliated with California Pacific Medical Center and Chinese Hospital.
