I recently underwent a breast implant replacement with Dr. Fiala, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience and results. I originally had my implants placed 15 years ago by another surgeon, and unfortunately developed capsular contracture in one breast. From my very first consultation, Dr. Fiala made me feel completely at ease. He was calm, reassuring, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening and how it could be corrected. That level of clarity and confidence made a significant difference for me. When discussing implant sizes and options, he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to what I wanted, provided thoughtful guidance, and never rushed the process. I felt fully informed and supported in making the right decision for my body. The entire team was consistently welcoming, organized, and professional. Every interaction — from consultation to post-operative care — reflected a high standard of service and attention. Most importantly, the results exceeded my expectations. The outcome is beautiful and natural, and I truly couldn’t have asked for better. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Fiala and his team for their expertise and care. I would confidently recommend him to anyone considering breast surgery.

Would not even consult, I have already been approved through Dr Clark(Plastic Surgeon) for Lower Blepharoplasty, but due to my other duties I canceled(in talking with my beautician she recommended him)..also I am approved for 2 to 3 hour Orthopedic Surgery on Nov 11, also have had general anesthesia 7 weeks ago 3 TIMES, for nerve blocks and Ablation. So, suddenly he and or his anesthesia Doc take issue with my health! Mind you, all of my Doctors fall under Orlando Health (as he does) so it would be very simple to get clearance as my other Surgeons have! I would think twice about him, as it seems he doesn't care to take the time that all my other Doctors have done. No confidence of his or anesthesia Doc would be my thought.

Dr fiala is simply the BEST!😍 His whole staff is top notch. My breast reduction surgery went seamless and he did such a great job!! The med spa is an absolute must try- claire is so knowledgeable and caring- she is not only there for the procedure but the after care is phenomenal - the entire staff deserves more than a 5 star rating! I’d never go elsewhere for anything and I tell everyone I know about awesome they all are! Thank you Dr fiala and your entire staff for always making me feel so comfortable ! 😘

I typically don’t write reviews but I need to get this out. Dr. Fiala and his entire team is absolutely amazing. I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair and I was absolutely petrified. However, being with his team, the nurses, and the office staff made me feel completely comfortable. Words cannot express my sincere appreciation for them. I one million percent recommend Dr. Fiala for any of your enhancement you want. His work is absolutely perfection!!! So look no further and why wait, book today!! You will not be disappointed!

Dr.Fiala and his team are awesome. I had surgery to have my implants removed and they were “Rockstars “! I was so relaxed on my surgery day , Robyn made me feel comfortable and safe. Everyone went above and beyond as I went through the procedure. I can’t thank them enough. The whole staff is great.
