About Dr. Thomas

Dr. Thomas Mitts is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 50 years of experience, practicing at Thomas F. Mitts MD Inc. in Visalia, CA. He earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1973 and completed residencies at the City of Hope Hospital, Loma Linda University, and the University of Pittsburgh before becoming a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Mitts also maintains a practice in Mammoth Lakes and is affiliated with Mammoth Hospital.
