Choosing a plastic surgeon felt overwhelming, but from my first consultation with Dr. Miller, I knew I was in the right hands. He took the time to truly listen to my goals and explained every detail thoroughly. I never felt pressured; I felt only supported and confident in my decision. I recently had a lower facelift, blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The surgery went smoothly, and the results exceeded my expectations. I feel more confident and still completely like myself, just refreshed and enhanced. What impressed me most was Dr. Miller’s precision and attention to detail. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care. The entire team was warm, attentive, and welcoming. The facility was exceptionally clean, appointments were always on time, and recovery was easier than expected thanks to clear instructions and excellent follow-up care. A special thank you to Sandi in the front office. She was incredibly empathetic, responsive, and organized. She answered all of my questions quickly and ensured I had detailed pre- and post-surgery information clearly laid out. Having everything explained so thoroughly gave me tremendous peace of mind throughout the entire process. I felt supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. I am extremely grateful that I chose Dr. Miller, and I would definitely make the two-hour drive to see him again. I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering facial rejuvenation procedures.

Let me preface this by this is purely a ‘feelings’ type of review. I have no facts to base any of my feelings off of but I just want to give a heads up that if you’re the type of person who has just hit middle age and would rather get a little bit of subtle work done earlier in life than later, I would look elsewhere. I felt like the moment he entered the room, he already had decided not to work with me. I could be wrong but I just kinda got that vibe. There was a decent consult fee and I left feeling like it was more like a filler and Botox consult. He wasn’t mean or rude, but he wasn’t warm. I have had another surgeon partially dismiss me similarly in the past, then I got work done else where and loved my results. So my gut is telling me this is a similar situation and not to give up. There was no ‘I’m sorry if this is disappointing’ or anything like that. It just felt really cold. I kinda just felt like I was an annoyance but maybe that’s just in my head.. I guess the good part is he really cares about not taking the chance of making someone look ‘unnatural’ and he’s not going to take your business just to get money (other than the consult fee). The staff was nice as well. Update: I got work done with someone else (my regular wonderful surgeon who I’ve now had three procedures with) and am extremely happy. What I was asking for was totally doable and I don’t look ridiculous.

I first consulted with Dr. Miller about 10 years ago after another surgeon told me I needed surgical work. Dr. Miller immediately stood out because he told me not to have surgery. He said I didn’t need it and that we could revisit the conversation in 10–15 years. That honesty stayed with me. From that first meeting forward, I continued seeing Dr. Miller for non-surgical procedures, which consistently reinforced my trust in his judgment and aesthetic sense. Fast forward a decade, when I felt ready to explore surgery again. I consulted both Dr. Miller and another surgeon—once again, the other surgeon recommended far more than necessary. Dr. Miller was clear, conservative, and thoughtful about what I did and did not need. We ultimately proceeded with a lower face and neck lift, lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting, and Active FX laser. The results are beautifully natural—I look refreshed, not “done,” and I’ve received many unsolicited compliments. I also can’t say enough about Sandi, the surgery coordinator. She is incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely caring. She made the entire process feel supported and calm. Dr. Miller is an ethical surgeon who prioritizes what’s right for the patient. I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else.

I`m very satisfied and happy with my results and experience. Dr Miller takes proper time and care to explain everything. He doesn't push you or try to add any procedures. He´s very professional and pleasant. No fuss, no rush. I visited several other plastic surgeons in order to compare and make the best decision and I found most of the other doctors had high volume, rather large clinics. Dr Miller is more low volume, boutique attention. He really stands out and his staff is delightful and very helpful as well. Thank you Dr. Miller!

When I first decided that my face was aging faster than my energy level, I knew I had to find a surgeon that I could trust. After much research, and a consultation with Dr. Timothy Miller, I knew that he would be that person. I paid attention to the fact that he is double board certified, and specializes in the face, neck, and ear areas. I wanted a specialist, and got exactly everything I was looking for. A very good listener, he also advises without pushing, so you make informed decisions based on your individual needs, and his expertise. I just turned 76 years old, and am blessed with excellent health. I go hiking and love gardening with sun protection and I’m careful to eat healthy. I feel I must do my part if I have the best surgeon and staff doing their best. Dr. Miller has gathered together a wonderful team of nurses, and a Surgical team coordinator, Sandi Knox who is the enthusiastic communicator for all my questions and concerns. This reflects all of Dr. Miller’s highest standards, making me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Miller is not only an excellent surgeon, but a facial artist. I am 500% pleased with my results on upper and lower eyelid surgery, a lower face lift, and a neck lift as well-as laser CO2 resurfacing of my entire face. I feel that I look at least 20 years younger, but natural. This has been life-changing in my confidence level, with all my relationships. The benefits and rewards go 24/7 in every aspect of how I feel inside. Dr. Timothy Miller is sincere, and committed to his patients. His patience and listening ability exceeds any doctor I have ever met. He gives every respect and empathy to one’s feelings. I would trust him with my dearest friends and family.
