Dr. Neavin is the best! He is knowledgeable, understanding, focused and will get you results, period. He listened to me at length and gave me various options on how to achieve what I wanted. I have gone to Dr. Neavin twice over the years and he is just a class act. Dr. Neavin is the only one I would ever see and trust!

Non-responsive staff! The doctor seemed not interested and answered my questions with short answers. They never followed up to schedule my procedure.

So unfortunate -- was really looking forward to seeing this doctor for a fat transfer to the lips. I called at 4:50 on Wed Sept 3rd so whichever receptionist was working at that time seriously does not want this dr to attain business. First, no warm greeting. When I asked for the cost she said he doesnt only do lips he does the entire face for 13K. When I asked for only the lips I was told prices aren't given over the phone. She proceeded to tell me about complications, interrupting me, speaking over me. Her energy was dismissive, cold and disrespectful. I am looking elsewhere. Unfortunate because Dr. Neavin seems skilled at his craft.

Just amazing. He's got such a great bedside manner. I had a procedure done and I'm so grateful that he and Michelle (part of staff) checked on me throughout my recovery. They even checked on me months after the procedure. He's professional, trustworthy and can work with you to achieve your goals. I really recommend him!
