I am now 3 years post op after having a breast implant exchange and an arm lift following significant weight loss. I meant to write this review earlier. I am so pleased with everything. My arm lift was extremely easy to recover from. After 3 years my scars are razor thin and barely noticeable. The surgery gave me back a great deal of self confidence. Dr. Rau and his staff were extremely professional and always helpful when I had any questions. Dr. Rau’s work is amazing.

Dr Rau received an award for compassion but what he needs is integrity. He performed a neck lift last year and I unfortunately developed scar tissue. He called the scar tissue “bumps” and “inflammation.” He suggested steroid injections for the “inflammation” which only made things worse. He could never could tell me what the “bumps” on my jawline were. He suggested I lose weight on many occasions. I’m 5’5 and 145 lbs. I told him the “bumps” made me very self conscious so he suggested I wear a mask at work. I now need to find another Dr who will revise my unfortunate results.

When I went for my consultation I was greeted by Rose and Hanna, both very helpful and friendly. After speaking with Dr. Rau I made the appointment for my procedure to remove the bags from under my eyes. Everything was set up, my pre-op scheduled. It has been 5 months, and I couldn't be any more pleased. I would recommend Dr. Rau for anyone who wants to take the leap to feel better about themselves.
