About Dr. Tyler

Dr. Tyler Safran is a dual-fellowship-trained, board-certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, California. He earned his MD and a Master of Science in Experimental Surgery from McGill University, where he also completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the McGill University Health Centre. Dr. Safran subsequently completed fellowship training in aesthetic surgery at the University of Southern California and a fellowship in breast reconstruction and microvascular surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. He has authored more than 80 peer-reviewed publications and is recognized by both the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
