About Dr. Victor

Dr. Victor Chien is a board-certified plastic surgeon and Director of Cleft and Craniofacial Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He earned his MD from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed a residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston (2017), a fellowship in plastic surgery at Emory University (2020), and a fellowship in reconstructive and craniofacial surgery at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan (2022). Dr. Chien subspecializes in pediatric plastic surgery, craniofacial surgery, and reconstructive microsurgery.
