My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 am. After waiting for 2 hours, I asked the friendly receptionist if I could re-schedule, since I had another appointment at 2 pm. I was asked to change my other appointment, which I did. I was told the doctor would see me next. I waited another 30 minutes and was ready to leave, when she finally came in, spoke very fast, in a big hurry, did not pause to allow me any questions. It was awful! The office is old and dingy. She may be an excellent Doctor, but I am afraid to go back. I had to interrupt her and say: I can't do this. You are talking like a machine gun and won't allow me to ask any questions, I am leaving. She finally let me ask a couple of questions. I have Triple Negative Breast Cancer and the BRCA2 mutation, so I most likely need to have a double mastectomy. I was hoping reconstruction with a belly flap would be possible for me but I was told it was not possible and that she would install spacers and later silicone implants. I asked for pictures or diagrams of the procedures, if she had a website or any materials I could study to understand the process. "No, go on the Internet on your own, you find lots if it..." Really? I am not shopping for a blouse, this is major surgery! I felt rushed and not worthy of her time. I am not questioning her abilities, but I am afraid I may never find out what a great surgeon she may be. I just wanted to understand the process and procedures, I am upset and nervous about surviving cancer and having foreign things (silicone bags) in my body. I left her office feeling like a garbage bag, not worthy of her time. Perhaps it was a bad day, it was very bad for me. So bad that now I am trying to get used to the idea of having two holes where my breasts are now. 😓

Professional, aesthetic and worked with my insurance. I could not imagine better results. Even the nurses at the hospital said they refer to and go to her for plastic surgery.

I recently had a breast reduction procedure performed by Dr. Victoria Tran, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Tran is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon, but she is also an honest and compassionate human being. Throughout the entire process, it was clear that her focus was on my well-being as a patient, not just the procedure or money. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciate her integrity and dedication, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking care.

I just had a tummy tuck with Dr Tran. It’s going to be a little while before I can fully recover and leave a review on my procedure specifically, but initially, it looks great! I will say that every single nurse at the hospital made sure to talk about Dr. Tran. They praised her kindness, work and dedication. They referred friends to her and are going to her for their own procedures. To me, that’s the best review and most honest. Absolutely incredible Dr who is passionate and knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you need something done, go to Dr Tran.

Dr. Tran is very personable. I feel very comfortable during every visit with her. It feels more like talking with a friend versus a doctor's visit. That goes a long way, especially under the circumstances. After breast cancer, she did my reconstructive surgery. We are at the tail end of reconstruction and I couldn't be happier with her work, she did an outstanding job.
