Dr. Vincent Hogan is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in New York City with a long career spanning more than six decades in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He earned his medical degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1956 and completed his surgical residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Hogan subsequently completed plastic surgery fellowships at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Mount Sinai, building a distinguished career in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
