I’m leaving an honest review of Dr. Lepore and I URGE YOU NOT to have any procedures done by him. His fees are outrageously high so you think you are getting the best and most advanced care but don’t be fooled. He is not an expertise in plastic surgery and will not give you the best up to date results. Any plastic surgeons can do breast augmentation. It’s a bread and butter procedure for them easy money making but not many will produce amazing results. His techniques are outdated and he does not have the necessary training and skills to fix his mistakes and will not be honest and forthcoming about it as a good competent surgeon should do. He did my breast augmentation removal and replacement. It was supposed to be a quick easy procedure but it turned out to be a nightmare. I had to pay him extra fees to under go 2 additional revisions which he was never able to correct the mistakes he made. I loss complete confidence in him and was all alone seeking out another surgeon who can fix his mistakes. I can tell you No other surgeons would touch my case after they review the procedure notes and examine my breasts. Luckily I found Dr. Eric Li who is truly an expertise in the field. I had to undergo Bilateral Breast Reconstruction in 2 separate stages with mesh implant by Dr. Li. None of the surgeons in town including Lepore can perform that procedure. Now my breasts look amazing more beautiful than ever. But it took 3 years and costs me a lot of time and money to fix the problem Lepore created. Please do not be afraid to seek legal actions and do not sign any release of liability form that he gives you. Just seek out legal action and the lawyers will guide you through the process.

Absolutely amazing!! Best experience! The staff, especially Tammy, go above and beyond to give you a great experience! Very communicative, answered all my questions, responded quickly! Had breast revision surgery and have been in and out of the office for about 10 years just waiting hoping for when it would all come together and finally!! 2 weeks from calling for initial app to have already had surgery and home resting!! Thank you Dr Bates you are the best!

Complete Flake, Dangerous First of all, despite the advertisement of free consultation on this site, they insisted on charging me a hefty consultation fee upon arrival. Then, after much time and effort spent collaborating about my treatment plan, preparing for the procedure as well as the cost, this provider completely failed to carry through. I utilized every medium possible - calls, emails, website. The office reassured me repeatedly that I would be followed up with. He completely wasted my time as I spent months awaiting the planned procedure. After consulting with other providers, it became obvious that the incompetent/inexperienced Dr at Lepore had recommended a procedure that was dangerous for my condition and would've resulted in scarring and complications. NO wonder he ghosted. Blessing in disguise that I didn't get operated on here only to be left mangled and worse off. To the owner's retort below, it is NOT for you to deem that my review does not pertain your (Dr Vincent Lepore's) practice. It does, and your choice to dismiss rather than make corrections is cowardly. The proper response would be to take responsibility and right the wrongs; it's certainly within your right to defend. But instead of stating your plan to make sure nothing like this ever happens again, you dump on the mistreated patient. I am a human being, and your response invalidates me even worse than before -- which speaks volumes about how lowly you regard your patients.

Dr. Lepore and staff are great. I just had another procedure in an body makeover that began several years ago with the loss of 50 pounds and a new exercise routine. After years of keeping the weight off, eating healthy, and exercising regularly, there were some elements of my appearance that I just couldn't fix. Dr. Lepore provided excellent guidance on what was practical to do and would yield the best results. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I just had my third procedure with Dr. Lepore and again, the results look natural and flawless. I've had 2 breast reductions and upper and lower eyelid surgery. My primary care physician is always astounded with Dr. Lepores work touting the natural look of the final results. I cannot recommend him enough. He's my 'go to' plastic surgeon.
