Do not go to him! He messed up my boobs. I got a lift and reduction 9 years ago. Insurances covered it because I had severe back problems and overly huge boobs size FFF. Not only did he botch my boobs but he left my nipples as high as my shoulders when I didn’t ask for that. It was suppose to be a lift and reduction. I have gotten 3 more breast augmentations after and they cannot be fixed. Getting ahold of his office is a joke and nobody cares there. He also is not licensed properly. Do not waste your money, time, or energy here. In warning everyone. I wish someone would have warned me. He ruined my self esteem for the rest of my life.

Well the staff and dr. Dev Were nice, however my ending results, the skin is hanging over and I have Dog ears, I thought that might go away but no.. I mean I already feel bad enough the way my results look, but then this happened.. I also see another dr. His name is Dr. Naik I had and appt. With him yesterday, and he really Criticized dr. Dev's Work, and ask me why did he leave hanging skin on my stomach and why he left me having dog ears, I said I don't know. I told dr. Naik dr. Dev removed my bellybutton, he said why? Dr. Naik made me feel really bad bout Dr. Dev's Work that he did on me, i am devastated by his remarks, and feel like crap. I guess most Doctors don't care how they speak to you, especially if you have low income insurance. Unfortunately if you don't have great insurance or alot of money, Your treated as Such.. But like I said dr. Dev and staff were nice.. P.S.. And What's really Sad, I Do Not Have that kind of Money to fix the situation or I would... I'll just say what I always say,.. (It is What it is) Huh!

The best doctor ever. He performed multiple plastic surgery on me within 20 years. And made me look amazing in my 60. Drive to Bakersfield from Los Angeles for this doctor!

If I could give him negative points I would. He reassures you his competency but once you are under the knife and insurance went through you do NOT see him after procedures. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of him through his offices. You can’t complain because his the “head of plastics and wound care “ . Had an infection and had to go to Loma Linda to get help.

I'm giving three stars only because of the doctor. I'm extremely disappointed with staff. I really liked Dr. Dev himself but unfortunately, I have chosen another doctor to perform my surgery. This staff is non responsive and apparently uncaring. Left a message when I did not receive anything from them six weeks after my consultation. Stated they had to get preauthorization from Medicare, but my case would not involve Medicare because it is considered cosmetic. Therefore, I waited six weeks for no valid reason. I was then told that they would email the quote. No email came so I called after two days and left a message. No response to that. I waited four weeks then called again and spoke with the receptionist. They had an incorrect email address, although I had to make her repeat back the email they had on file, which was my first initial and last name. That was the problem. They had my last name misspelled. They sent the information over but I called them the following day to see how far out they are booking and received no response. I also emailed them. Still no response. I gave up after a few days and went to another doctor and received excellent service. Sorry, Dr. Dev...you need to have your office manager talk with your staff about customer service and follow-up. It's costing you business!
