My daughter needed reconstruction for a congenital problem. I read such great things about this doctor and was impressed enough to commute for 2.5 hours. Unfortunately I was not impressed. The office itself was not well kept, crammed and dusty in the waiting room. During the initial appointment I felt she lacked bedside manner. My daughter tried to explain what she wanted and she kept getting negative answers and not once did this doctor validate her. I felt she was uninterested and didn’t show compassion. My daughter talked about her future that she wants to go in the military after college and I thought the woman was going to lose her mind. Uh hello, both her parents are veterans. Rude and disrespectful and the staff was pushy trying to get me to pay non refundable down payment. My intuition was strong to not go through with the surgery. We found another surgeon and it was a completely different experience. So warm, validated my daughter, truly listened. So happy we found him and I felt completely comfortable going through with the surgery.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Ting and her wonderful staff. Dr. Ting is a professional and her direct approach to explaining the procedures of my surgery was very much appreciated. I highly recommend her services!

I can’t say enough about my experience with Dr. Vivian Ting and her practice. I am thrilled with my results-she did an amazing job. I’m so happy!. Dr ting and her team were always friendly, professional and genuine. For those considering procedures, I highly recommend working with this office. They were very thorough and explaining options, treatment and even the aftercare. Through it all it was a very calming and reassuring experience. 100% recommend.

My experience with Dr. Ting and her staff has been terrific. Dr. Ting explained everything about my procedure in terms I could understand, did an excellent job on the procedure, and continues to provide excellent post operative care. Her staff, particularly Angie, is friendly, supportive, and responsive I would highly recommend Dr. Ting’s services. .
