I got a closed rhinoplasty with Dr. Grigoryants in 2025. A year out and I am very pleased with the results. My nose is now more supported and symmetrical. Overall, my confidence has improved significantly. I am no longer self conscious about my nose. I had wanted a rhinoplasty for a long time, and I had followed several surgeons on social media for their work, and I’m glad I went with dr. Grigoryants. My experience with Dr. Grigoryants has been nothing short of pleasant. My surgery experience was simple. Dr. Grigoryants and his team explain things well, and from start to finish the experience was straightforward.

Dr. G is amazing, I came in for a rhinoplasty and I couldn’t be happier with my experience from beginning to end, and of course my results. He is for one a wizard, I have no idea how he does it but his work is incredible. He did my mom’s nose 4 years ago and it looked amazing and after seeing his work I knew I didn’t need to research any other doctors, he was going to be the one to do my rhinoplasty. I was so confident that not once was I worried about getting a result I didn’t like, I just knew he was going to do a good job. I’ve always been so insecure about my nose and I’m only 3 months out and still swollen and it still looks amazing. I feel younger, lighter and not afraid to smile because of the droop my nose used to have. it’s impacted my life in so many other amazing ways. My appointments with Dr. G were never rushed, he took the time to answer every question and concern I had. He was really kind and we have had some engaging conversations at my appointments. Also the office is so cute and the staff is also very nice. Overall it was a really positive experience and I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Grigoryants is an exceptional surgeon and honestly the king of noses. I had both a rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty in May 2025. Most people didn’t even notice that I had any work done, which might sound surprising considering I had two procedures, but that is exactly why the results are so good. The people I told said I still look exactly like myself, and others who are familiar with cosmetic surgery have commented that it’s some of the best work they’ve ever seen. My favorite part is that I still look like me. I didn’t bring reference photos to our initial consult because I was familiar with his work and trusted his vision. Dr. Grigoryants was able to look at my face, understand what would work specifically for me, and explain his reasoning. He doesn’t mince words, but he is never rude. He’s direct, calm, and very kind, which made it easy to trust him. I was anxious going into the process and expected it to be painful or scary, but it wasn’t. His bedside manner is excellent, especially if you’re someone who tends to be nervous. He’s very kind and very patient, but also a genius. I trust him implicitly and would absolutely go to him again. He is the only surgeon I would trust with my face. Don’t bother going elsewhere.

Got my surgery Jan 12 2024, I explain to him that I wanted a thinner nose, smaller nostrils and bump on my nose gone. He added that he was going to fix the bridge of my nose because it's crooked. The surgery was a success, at the moment I was happy. Although as days continue I even called the office and said that my nose still looks very wide almost as if nothing changed. I asked the receptionist if I stated that on the documents and she confirmed. They told me that let some months past because of the swelling. May 16 2024 I went for a check up, I was a bit upset how it went because it's as if he was rushing me out. I explained that I wanted a thinner nose and he said that it's because the swelling hasn't gone down takes about 1 year. I also told him I had a bump on one side of the nose, he said it's retention of water then said ok I'll see you next time no pictures of progress were taken. March 6 2025 had another post off appointment, I told him that one of my nostrils is smaller and that the bridge of my nose is crooked. I wasn't rude if anything I was shy to tell him that but honestly my nose job was a birthday gift person spent $16k. He AGREED that one of my nostrils is smaller. He continue to say the same thing that it's still swollen. I mentioned about my nose bridge and changed the topic and said let's take some pictures. He couldn't find the original pictures before I got the appointment to sign the papers so my surgery. The surgery wasn't cheap at all, just kinda sad that even people that knew I got a surgery pointed those things out. To the point now I don't even say I got a surgery because I'm not 100% happy. I took this long because he also kept on telling me the swelling will go down and that my nose will appear thinner. I been waiting since. Just wanted to share.

Dr Grigoryants did an amazing job with my rhinoplasty and gave me as much information and transparency as I needed throughout the process. Not only did he fix how my nose looked he fixed all internal issues and I can finally smell again after 16 years! His office, his team and him as a surgeon are always contactable, have quick and personable replies. They are organised, efficient and always available for follow up support. I cannot thank them enough for providing a seamless and calm experience! Highly recommend!
