**Subject: Negligent Care and Unprofessional Behavior** I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the care provided by Dr. Wayne Osaki. His lack of professionalism and disregard for patient well-being were evident throughout my treatment. On March 27, 2023, Dr. Osaki performed reconstructive surgery on my orbital bone despite the presence of a low-grade infection that he failed to disclose. This negligence led to a severe infection and abscess, resulting in a fistula that he was unable to treat effectively. Throughout my treatment, Dr. Osaki exhibited a lack of empathy and communication. He consistently neglected to examine the affected area, relying on me to initiate discussions. Additionally, he fabricated the time spent during our appointments, suggesting a lack of attention to detail. I have encountered numerous surgeons since my accident, and Dr. Osaki's incompetence far surpasses any other medical professional I have dealt with. His staff was equally unhelpful, leaving me to navigate the healthcare system on my own. As a result of Dr. Osaki's negligence, I continue to suffer from a non-healing fistula that requires additional surgery and causes significant pain and distress. I urge others to be aware of the numerous complaints against Dr. Osaki and to seek care from a more competent and compassionate physician.

As a patient, and healthcare provider myself; Dr. Ozaki is one of the best surgeons that could possibly work on you. His extensive education, surgical experience, and the fact that he really does care make him truly elite. Thank you for the work you performed on my face. I am very very happy.

December 2016 he was the one to perform oral surgery on me which consisted of realigning my lower jaw with my upper. DEFINITELY would recommend him.

I was scheduled for my oral procedure with DR. Wayne H. Ozaki, MD FROM UCLA HEALTH. he is a hot mess and not professional at all!!!! dont go !
