I had an appointment for a consultation for a revision on my breast, from a surgery I’ve gotten out of the country, and I must say I didn’t get the pleasant Wendy that everyone speaks so highly of. Bed side manor was poor and attitude wasn’t the best. Her tone and energy came off as non-genuine, and her presence was very cold. I was very excited to come in and express my excitement for meeting her, since I heard incredible things from multiple people in person. I wanted to express immediate concerns and my journey, and she pretty much summed it up from a few quick questions, and the appointment notes her assistant took. After speaking with her I felt even worse than I did before I walked in there, and most definitely felt judged me for getting my procedure done out of the country, especially since she asked me how much it cost, then compared it to the hospitals prices. I went for answers to my concerns, and left with regretting going in the first place. I wouldn’t return to this office if my breast fell onto the floor and I needed someone to hot glue them back together. Good luck, and God bless.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. My after care from a breast reduction was terrible. I’m a patient who suffer from skin adhesions after surgery and Doctor Wendy know this and she did nothing correct the situation. I would recommend her to any woman I know who need this type of surgery. For this she receive a fair grade. I’m left with scars all around the nips if my breast. If I had known this I would have kept my oversize large breast. Do your homework before going to her!

Dr. Olivier was my daughters surgeon in her recent breast surgery. Dr. Olivier is terrific. My daughter is thrilled with Dr. Olivier. Dr. Olivier is a caring, patient empathic surgeon and individual. Through out the long process of identifying the procedure the outcome goal, performing the procedure, and the follow up after care, Dr. Olivier was and is the embodiment of professionalism and a caring surgeon patiently addressing and explaining everything. As a girldad I found this very comforting for my daughter and Dr. Olivier also was able to to calm the concerns of this girldad as well. Dr. Olivier is wonderful She is also way cool.

Incredibly unprofessional. Scheduled me for an appointment last minute (the day before), never expressed at any point about time sensitivity and then cancelled my appointment when I arrived 7 minutes behind. She also makes you print out and fill out an ELEVEN PAGE questionnaire which is so ghetto and cheap, like do you not have a printer in your office? Outrageous, I've never had a doctor do that before. Waste of ink, my time and money on a cab to travel. I wouldn't trust this lady with my body at all. Would definitely not recommend. Complete and utter disappointment.

My first time visiting I was overwhelmed in comfort, i've referred so many people and I don't regret it, I can't trade Dr. Oliver for anything. I place my life in her hands.. I've done two procedures so far and healed in a month's time tops, I was able to move as if nothing happened. We laugh and joke but most of all pray before surgery, she always checks in during and after. I love you Dr. Olivier, may God continue to cover and bless you on your succes journey. I did a tummy tuck and inner thigh recessive skin removal, see you soon for my breast lift!
